Chinese girl Xin Xin, now aged 11, of Changzhi town, Shanxi province, who has lived since birth with body parts of a twin sister growing from her back is to finally have an operation to remove them. She was born with an undeveloped foetus attached to her back. The twin has grown in size as Xin has grown, and is now so big that it is damaging her health. Her parents say they have now saved enough money, and the operation can finally go ahead. They have been saving to pay for the operation since Xin was born.
